On Suddha or Bahula Chaviti, get Tella Jilledu karra or moddu, apply kumkum and decorate and lit karpooram and perform haarati infront of the main entrance and also near pooja room. It is known as mangala haarati. To make Goddess Lakshmi happy, perform Haarati placing fire on Tella Jilledu Karra with karpooram , or Ganapathi and then tie it to the door. This has been proven practically.
